(Houston TX.) People want to travel to Pakistan to view the beauty of natural landscape, valleys and peaks, clear water lakes, glacier’s and water streams. In a seminar hosted by Houston Karachi sister city, for its 10th working management dinner at a local hotel in Houston, where delegates from several countries said in their remarks. The event which was participated by delegates from more than ten different countries was addressed by sister city Houston program President Harry ……………, who introduced the participating guests. Karachi Houston sister city President Saeed Sheikh welcomed all the guests. Pakistan Consular General Afzal Mahmood was the key note speaker at the event, who shed light on Pakistan cultural, sociological and historical heritage, in the lights of its strategic position in the region. Addressing the event Mr. Mahmood said that Pakistan provides great opportunities to outside investors where investments in energy, sports, surgical equipment, food and a number of other areas provide great opportunities for investors. He said the law and order situation is improving in Pakistan and situation is improving every day. A documentary was also presented to participants in which historical and modern geography, trade, business, sports and cultural aspects of Pakistan was highlighted. The documentary was very well liked by participants. The host of the evening and President of Karachi Houston sister city project Mr. Saeed Sheikh, Sister City Houston’s Chairperson Chrystal, Vice President David Gardner, Haroon Mughal, Zafar Khan thanked Pakistani American entrepreneur, the CEO of Midland Energy and philanthropist Syed Javed Anwar for his help in the success of the program. The networking dinner had participation from Turkey, Qatar, Germany, Korea Angola, Puerto Rico, Indonesia and Spain. A group of journalists visiting from Pakistan, local journalists, community and social notables, including Midland Energy CEO, Syed Javed Anwar, Tahir Javed, Amir Makhani, Haroon Sheikh, Ghulam Bombay Wala, Nomi Hasan, Sajjad Burki, Waseem Akhtar, Gul Faraz Khan, Seema Merchant, Haroon Mughal, Seema Rukh, Khalid Khan and others . The invited guests and participants were served sumptuous Pakistani cuisine dinner.
