2019: During the High Level Delegation led by Mayor, Commissioner, & Municipal Commissioner from Karachi visit to Houston to attend the Sister Cities International Conference, the HKSCA in partnership with Medical Bridges (MB), & Helping Hand for Relief and Development (HHRD) sent Life Saving Medical Supplies for the Tertiary Care Public Hospitals of the Municipality of Karachi. Chief Patron of HKSCA S. Javaid Anwar of Midland Energy, Alliance of Disaster Relief (AFDR), and HHRD sponsored this Container from the People of Houston to the People of Karachi.
